Railways Booking provides independent train journey planning information and booking assistance in Pakistan. We are not a railway operator and do not claim official affiliation with or endorsement by Pakistan Railways or another railway operator. The railway operator is responsible for operating the train and providing transport.

Scope of these terms
These terms explain use of this website and requests for our booking assistance. Read them before approving a booking. Any journey-specific quote and conditions provided through our booking channel should also be reviewed before you agree to proceed. The railway operator’s applicable travel and ticket conditions apply to the railway journey.
Website inquiries and travel information
This website provides general travel information and helps you prepare a journey inquiry. It does not provide live train search, accept online payments or issue tickets. Creating, copying or sharing an inquiry does not reserve a seat, create a booking order or confirm a ticket.
Timetables, fares, accommodation and availability can change. General guides and illustrations on this website are not a guarantee of a particular train, route, price, seat or berth. Journey-specific details must be checked through the booking channel.
Passenger details and your approval
Provide accurate stations, travel dates, passenger names, ages and any identity details required for the booking. If you arrange travel for other passengers, make sure you have their permission to provide their details. Identity documents are not required in this website’s inquiry form.
Review the train, date, stations, passenger details, accommodation, selected seats or berths, quoted total and applicable conditions before approving a purchase. Tell us promptly if you notice a mistake. Corrections after ticket issuance depend on the railway operator’s rules and may involve charges.
Quotes, prices and service charges
Your booking quote sets out the ticket price, service charges and total payable in Pakistani rupees. Our quoted ticket price includes our booking commission and may differ from the railway operator’s direct fare. Ask us about any amount you do not understand before approving payment.
Fares and availability must be checked for your chosen journey. A later change to our pricing settings does not automatically change a quote you have already accepted. If a booking cannot proceed on the agreed details, any proposed alternative or additional amount must be explained and agreed with you before proceeding.
Payments and ticket confirmation
Use only payment instructions confirmed through our business contact. A payment screenshot or transfer receipt is evidence for checking payment; it is not a confirmed ticket. Receipt of funds must be verified, and the railway booking and ticket confirmation must be checked separately.
An inquiry, quote, selected seat or temporary order is not a final ticket. Treat your journey as confirmed only when you receive the confirmed ticket and booking details. Check those details before travelling. If payment has been sent but ticket confirmation is missing, contact us before making another payment.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Eligibility, deadlines and railway deductions depend on the applicable ticket and railway operator’s current rules. Sending a cancellation request does not itself confirm that a ticket has been cancelled.
Before paying, request the cancellation and refund conditions for your booking, including the treatment of our commission and service charges. We do not promise a universal refund percentage or processing time on this website. Any applicable deductions and expected processing steps should be explained for your specific request.
If you have paid and a ticket cannot be issued, contact us to reconcile the payment and arrange the applicable next steps, including any refund due. Keep your quote, payment reference and booking messages for follow-up.
Travel responsibilities and service limits
Check your departure station, reporting time, identity requirements, baggage allowance and other travel conditions with the railway operator. Arrive in time and carry the documents required for your journey.
Train operations, delays, cancellations and changes to accommodation are managed by the railway operator. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted train services or website availability. Contact us for assistance with booking issues; we remain responsible for our own service as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
Appropriate use of the website
Use the website for lawful journey planning and inquiries. Do not submit false passenger information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or misuse its content. Website text and brand assets may not be represented as your own or used to imply our endorsement without permission.
Privacy and external services

Sharing an inquiry through WhatsApp opens an external service with its own terms and privacy policy. Questions, complaints and applicable law
For a question or complaint, contact us on WhatsApp at 0336 3492229 with your booking reference, payment reference where relevant, and a short explanation. Avoid sending payment passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes. We will review the issue and explain the available next steps.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. You may use the complaint and dispute remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these terms when our services or website features change. The date above identifies the current version. Updated wording does not automatically replace the conditions already agreed for an existing booking.
