Review the ticket fare, any service charges and the total payable. Ask for a clear explanation if a charge is unfamiliar or if the final amount differs from an earlier estimate.
Keep approval and confirmation separate
Approving a quote and receiving a confirmed ticket are separate steps. Keep the final ticket and check that its details match the journey you approved.
